Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about working with us.
A: 12 to 48 hours
A: No, the first 30 minutes are complimentary.
A: Full event design from custom backdrops and/or props to tablescapes.
A: Ideally the more time the better. For small scale events two weeks to a month is preferred. *Weddings and large scale events would require more notice as time sensitive duties are involved.
A: Each event is unique and carefully planned/designed and will require a thorough quote based on client's requirements.
A: Yes, we have packages for individuals as well as corporate companies.
A: Brielliant Occasions applies principles and frameworks from an educational background in Social Work. It believes in a person centered approach and making events about the client.
A: Retainer fees are non-refundable and can be used as credit for future events if event is cancelled. It is good for 4 months so long as there is availability for requested date. And all credit is used for Brielliant Occasions props for hire (i.e. products) or services. Retainer fees are not used towards other vendors billing.
